The space is divided into four distinct environments, the chill in area where you can enjoy a snack, the indoor restaurant ideal for lunch or dinner, the chill out area in the sky of San Antón and “the greenhouse of San Antón” reserved for smokers.

The restaurant has a menu with traditional and international flavors where you will find a variety of dishes from the Americas as the Iberian Bacon cheeseburger or the Crispy chicken strip with curry emulsion. It also offers dishes from European destinations such as the Boletus and duck risotto with Parmesan cheese and from Asia such as the warm salmon and wakame seaweed maki. Without forgetting the dishes of our land as the Croquettes of 100% Iberian acorn ham or sautéed seasonal vegetables.

To finish nothing better than tasting the delicious homemade desserts and ice creams of the menu as the fine apple pie with vanilla ice cream or chocolate coulant for celiacs with ice cream, among other delicacies.

This restaurant, which belongs to the Osborne Group, is divided into four areas: the Restaurant area, with a modern and colorful decoration; the Greenhouse, covered, glazed and full of vegetation; the chill-in, to enjoy a snack; and the chill-out Cielo de San Antón, a beautiful open terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Chueca neighborhood, which is where we decided to taste it.

Next, we tried the marinated salmon sashimi with Nordés and beet. A simple preparation, but in which we observed the quality of the market product, a deliciously irresistible dish!

Once the exquisite starters were finished, it was time for the main courses. First, the fish represented in a squid in two textures: the grilled rings and the fried legs. Original elaboration presented on a bed of seaweed risotto and Nordés ali-oli, with a very powerful flavor.

The sweet part was also a pleasant surprise. When there are hardly any restaurants in Madrid that do not put a cheesecake in our eyes -see our ranking of the best-, it is nice to see how there are places that offer attractive and completely different proposals. A simple and digestive queimada sorbet was the finishing touch to our delicious meal. By the way, they offer the possibility of having half a gin and tonic -from Nordés of course- for a supplement of 6 euros.
