Disappointing company, in our case arrogant and bad saleswoman in Caldes de Montbui (GLORIA), as well as its store coordinator Roberto Casillas, lousy customer service, and heavy-handed managers. They fired a friend of mine for no reason at all, trying to sneak in a layoff for no reason so as not to pay. We are people from the village and we like our people, we will fight for the dismissal of the lousy or non-existent manager with no people skills and the reinstatement of Mariona to our store, the store of all! To rectify is wise to see if Bernardo Casp and Josep Casp managers of the company realize what the people and their customers are asking for, and readmit Mariona and take Gloria out of here. I hope they have the decency to contact us for the delivery of signatures for the readmission of Mariona because we do not understand a new store without her. Thank you
My assessment is second to none, used to working mostly as a waitress, a job that is much more sacrificing and stressful, to achieve this job is worthy of appreciation. We worked six hour days during the week and eight hours on weekends with a split schedule. On Sundays, the jobs were rotated, but it was nice to get one, as it was paid at 50 euros a day. Working on a public holiday was quite pleasant as you were paid 60/70 euros and that day was paid back with a holiday. We had one holiday a week, but we were almost always given two, since they counted the days in doubles and if you exceeded them you would accumulate holidays. When we worked split shifts we had to eat at the mall, but those expenses were paid by the company in the form of per diems. We had common objectives that were rewarded in the form of incentives. We always met them because CC.Anec Blau is a very busy place, especially on Sundays and holidays. The company offers you the opportunity to train in the perfume sector, giving you training in cosmetics, coloring and selective perfumes. They also give you a course on occupational risk prevention, customer service and staff motivation. I should also point out that they give you a medical examination.

They are a group of friends who work together and are not professionals. They burden the new ones with all the work (explaining almost nothing to them) while they are left chatting about their personal lives and making bad faces at the customers. If they simply don’t like a person they try to badmouth them to the coordinators so that they don’t renew their contract.
The hardest part of the job is putting up with the lousy environment and having to learn on your own because the company does not train you. They are given 1 hour per day as a gift to the company, which is not charged for and is not contemplated. Half an hour before entering and half an hour at closing, since the store has to be cleaned.
